I was just wondering If I could get some advice.
I'm currently studying law at KCL and I'm in my final year. At this moment in time I am standing on a 2.1, with 2 marks from my second year being 68's. My first year marks were poor, however they don't count towards my classification, and there is a stark difference between the marks I achieved in my second year and my first year. I am striving this year for a first, and really think that I can achieve one (If i get 3 marks of 70 then I will be awarded a first). I'm looking to do an LLM at Oxbridge - either the Cambridge LLM or the BCL. I know that on the basis of my current grades there is a chance I will be given an offer at Cambridge, however I'm unsure about Oxford, as they explicitly state those with 1sts. Is it worth my time applying for the BCL? The way I've figured it is that I have nothing to lose - however I wanted to see what others more experienced in the application process than I thought.
Thanking you guys in advance

Shall I bother applying for the BCL?
