Yes. My application arrived in early December and I received an unconditional offer of acceptance the second week of January.

I know of your concern. I posted my application late December and heard a response February 10. I hope you hear good news very quickly.

I also applied to LSE in late December, and received an offer just yesterday. I'm sure you will get a reply very soon.
