MA Human rights - Essex and York

Which one should I choose? Essex (HR Theory&Practice) is really famous for HR, but York's course (Applied HR) seems great too! They have CULTURES OF HUMAN RIGHTS PRACTICES, which seems appealing to me since I majored in English and it would be wonderful to learn about HR in literature and films. Essex would be a good choice if I wanna go for theories?
