I am facing the exact same situation, admitted to both and i'm having a hard time deciding..
here's what i can tell u for now, i attended the LSE summer school in 2008 and loved it ! i took a course in international law and it was just amazinggg !
so, i would say go for it, u cant go wrong with LSE. However, here's what i think u should consider, the LSE LLM is a general LLM but U PENN offers speciality course tracks
and U PENN is an Ivy league university so ur pretty lucky to have gotten in so i guess it just depends on what u want and where u wana be..
best of luck to you !

p.s
let me know what u decide on, we might end up being classmates next year ;P

Doubt, where are you based/intending to practice? If you're in the US, stick with UPenn. Anywhere else, and the LSE brand will probably be more well-known.

have the same decision to make. PennLaw is great, I know a couple of alumni who really loved their Penn experience. They have a very strong community there as well, which can be of interest in the future.

Nevertheless, I am most likely going for LSE mainly for the UK vs US reasons

Hello Guys,

I also ahve a huge dillema. I have been accepted to LSE, UPENN and NYU. I am from Canada and I really want to practise law in the USA for a couple of years. I think the possibility of doing the Wharton Business and Law Certificate makes UPENN more attractive than NYU? Any substantial thoughts?

What about LSE? its less money and it is a big factor in my decision. However, I don't think it would really help landing a job in New York. Moreover, ill be passing the New York Bar exams this july. Therefore I will enter the LLM, hopefully, as a New York attorney-at-law. Sure can held in the job search.

Please help me in deciding between LSE or UPENN + (hopefully Wharton)
