Hi, I have a conditional offer and I'm thinking of accepting it, but I'm trying to find any sources for funding at least the fees. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am an Accountancy (Hons.) graduate and I was planning to do the LLM in Tax Law at queen mary. I have been employed in a Big 4 Firm since July 2011 and have worked in the tax department on both compliance and advisory work.
Are you actually attending LLM in Tax law at QM? What is your feedback ?
What modules have you selected ? How many lectures do you have per week? Do you find the necessary support?

Hi Mat1979,
I am considering also Leiden. What do you think about it?
You confirmed its QM? What made you decide?
Thanks,
Angele

I would strongly recommend the ADV LLM in ITL Programme in Leiden if you are interested in having a in-depth studying of International Tax Law. As far as I know, Leiden Programme has a highly prestigious reputation for its International Tax Law. But, if you are interested in a more general tax field, QM(or NYU) would be a better choice. I also happened to meet the director of the Leiden Programme in person and he is really nice with students!

I am decided to study the LLM in Queen Mary, basically I prefer London over Leiden (I prefer the City), and also in Queen Mary teaches Tom O'Shea a great Professor

hi mat1979.
You said you got a conditional offer from QMUL?..
I have applied as well for LLM in International business law last month unfortunately i haven't received any offer since then..I have a low score of IELTS but I really intend to take a pre-sessional course required to go through the program directly at the completion of the pre-sessional course.
Is there any advice guys on how difficult to pass the pre-sessional course at QMUL ??
Thanks guys for your comment and advice.
