Hi there x

I am taking up LLM in Corporate and Finance Law at the University of Glasgow this year.

My course options are:

Corporate social responsibility and the law
Corporate finance
Corporate governance
International financial regulation
International finance law
International investment law
International merger control
International tax law

I definetly want to take up International Investment Law and International Merger Control. However, I am confused which to pick between:

International financial regulation
International finance law
Corporate finance

Any idea which of these subjects is the most interesting and useful when you want to go into M&A and Investments later?

Would really appreciate help in deciding!!
