Has anyone experienced the same problem? I applied for the BCL and I received an email stating that 2 LOR are missing. However, they have already been submitted and I have received confirmation of their receipt.

If it's through the "Embark" system, then the problem is known and you shouldn't worry about it. If it says that the letters were sumbitted then they'll get to the admission.

They sent the same message to me. Don't worry, from what they told me afterwards, the system is overloaded these days. If your account states that they have been received, then you're fine.
