Both are well-reputed. Take the program that fits your interests best.

Thanks for your e-mail. I have already looked modules served by each university. Both of them is ok for me. What I want to know is things apart from modules. About life style, opportunities in university etc. Can you give more details about these universities and also cities, please?

Hi there, I am not sure if this is helpful, but I backpacked through Scottland in Decembre to make up my mind about where to do the LL.M. and I had the impression Aberdeen is a nice city, but Edinburgh offers much more cultural life and entertainment...

Edinburgh by far!!! Much nicer city and far less grey than Aberdeen. Loads of cultural activities, afterall, it is the capital of Scotland. Plus the faculty is excellent!

If you're not doing an oil and gas LL.M, then Edinburgh is the better LL.M program/city for study.

It's not even a legitimate question.
I'm at Aberdeen. The nearest legitimate library is at Edinburgh.
The Aberdeen LLM appears to exist to entice Africans to spend lots of money getting an inferior education. Many Aberdeen classes only meet 5-6 times for 2 hours...that's 10-12 hours class time per course.
Worst decision of my life. I'm now planning on getting another LLM next year as this one didn't give me the knowledge I need. Edinburgh is a fine school.

Each mail has significant share on my decision to reach the best choise.I finally know what I will do... Edinburgh will be better as I see. By the way I have decided to attend a language course before master. So I have to re-apply Edinburgh Univ. for 2012 session since Edinburgh University did not accept my demand of deferring offer of 2011 session. I think this will not problem to obtain an offer again, because staff of univ. said that I should append the previous offer at my next application, thus everything will be faster during evaluation period. Good luck everbody, thanks a lot.
