I have been checking out Durham's website and I have seen that they do not offer an LLM (or any other postgrad programme) in the area of criminal law. But they do have a criminal law centre of research, don't they? Does anybody know why is that they do not offer postgrad studies in this area? I will be applying along with my girlfriend for 2010/2011, and she would like to study criminal law at the UK, but I think we will not be able to put Durham in our where-to-send-applications-to list... sad...
