2.I from Oxbridge

Hey all, in first year exams I got a high 2.i (top 20% of year) from Oxbridge in Law. If I got these grades in Finals, where could I get into with an LLM - is it good enough for LSE or maybe an Ivy League School?

Any help much appreciated and I hope everyone's enjoying the Rugby World Cup :-)

Really? Wow, that's handy... on the website it says they require a First. I guess I can only work hard and see what happens!

To every rule there is an exception and the exception in this case is that they admit Oxbridge students on a 2:1. I know of a number who were there my year at least one of whom had only a mid-2:1. That said I think that they are becoming increasinly tough year on year. Also worth noting is that if you retained your class place in the top 20 in your third year chances are good you will actually get a first because of the huge increase in the ratio of 1st to 2:1's in the final year of tripos.
