Hello, I just wanted to know your opinion on the IELTS test. I already hold conditional offers for LSE and KCL, but I need to send a TOEFL test (109) or an IELTS test (7.5).
Last month I score 107 on my TOEFL, but I just don´t want to repeat the exam and get a similar score (less than 109), does anyone know if it is easier to score a 7,5 on IELTS?.
Anyone can recomend me good preparation material for the IELTS?
I have some months to send the scores, nevertheless I think it is important to send them as quickly as possible!!
Thankyou!

Imho, IELTS is much easier to get 7,5 if you know "things" how to get prepared for it. Toefl - you never know. My advice to you is to find a really good teacher, who prepared students to ieltis before or, which is better, an ielts examiner who gives private classes. This would largely help you.
Another option is going to British council for ielts classes.
But if you wanna more self study without spending money on teachers (believe me, it is possible, but a good teacher is able to give you many good things), so buy Cambridge edition books for ielts - there are always some in British Council.
That's just my personal opinion and bias advice for you, hope it would help you, mate:-)

Out of 5 only 1 person able to score 7.5 bands. So you need to be very careful while preparing for IELTS. Better to take somekind of guidance from an experts.
