Hello, I'm a J.D. graduate from U.S., and have practiced law for more than 2 years in Biglaw.

I'm very much interested in studying in U.K. for further higher degree, LL.M or BCL...etc.

I've noticed that OX requires the candidates to take the english tests...such as TOEFL, and was wondering if I have to take the test as well.

I'm holding high school degree, college degree, J.D. ..all from U.S....

I suggest you ask them. Speaking from my perspective someone who has received his/her entire education in the English language and lives in a country that speaks a variety of English does not need to prove his/her English language skills.
