I am in the USA and a more mature student. I am finishing up my LLM in 9 more hours in Humanitarian Law/Human Rights (background in international criminal law). I was looking for a research PHD/ SJD (anywhere actually) with a low residency requirement and preferably funding options in a similar area of law (I prefer humanitarian law though) or even one online that has a decent reputation. Any suggestions?
