Hello,
I'll be graduating with a LLB degree shortly (as soon as I finish my thesis) -in about 2 months or so. I know I should have applied for LLM degrees for this year 2011, but I just couldn't wrap my head around so much. Congratulations to all that have been accepted. I currently live in a latinamerican country, but would like to work abroad 100%. I hold both a US and a latinamerican passport (if that helps at all).
I need help deciding my specialty:
1. Human Rights/Humanitarian law (my thesis is actually on IHL)
2. Intellectual Property or IT Law
3. Admiralty Law
4. International Criminal Law.
I must add I don't want to practice law per se, but would rather be in house counsel, think tank, NGO, government or similar position.
Which would be more marketable? Offer more scholarships or job opportunities??
SPECIALTY?? HELP!
