Hi all, wondering what the best way to respond to an acceptance email is?
Of course most of us are waiting to hear back from other universities before making a decision, so should I acknowledge the acceptance and tell them I'll get back with my decision? Or do I just not respond until the final acceptance/declining email?
Look forward to hearing your perspective!

Hi! First off, congratulations!! I believe an acknowledgement would be the best way forward, personally I feel that ignoring an acceptance mail would be slightly impolite. I'm sure universities know or do at the very least have an inkling of the fact that you would have applied to other places, so you can say you will revert with your decision soon. Just be sure to track their acceptance deadlines. Hope this helps, good luck!

Of course you shouldn't ignore the acceptance email to avoid looking impolite. It will hardly influence the college decision to accept you, but you'd better be careful.
