Recommended LLM program best suited for a career in the United Nations:

I am curious to know your thoughts on how helpful a LLM would be to have as a lawyer working in the United Nations or the Government of Canada. I am still in the process of deciding which career path I would like to pursue, but thus far, I am likely to focus on the UN since I am already in the system.

Any thoughts on which type(s) of LLM specialization(s) would be most helpful during a legal career in the UN as apposed to legal career in the Government of Canada.

I would also appreciate to receive your suggestions on possible schools (either in Canada or abroad) that offer practical non-thesis LLM programs. I stress the word practical because, unlike my undergrad and graduate studies in Social Work, I did not maintain a high GPA in law school. In fact, my final GPA in McGill law school is 2.75
