It’s sufficient that your write why you are interested in the programme and how it fits with your career plans.
Besides, the personal statement rarely makes it or breaks it for people; its mainly there to root out those who clearly can’t express themselves in English or whose thoughts are too immature for graduate studies. The rest grades/recs/CV.
