Opportunites to work in the Netherlands after LLM

Hello everyone

A few years ago I hold a master dipoloma in my country. Since a few months I have considerated to come to the Netherlands for some master program. As you can see now I am busy with improving my English ;)
My question is addressed to all those who have completed an LLM in the Netherlands. Have you stayed at the Netherladns after study or is rather hard to find job for a lawyer there.
By the way, is it hard to get to the PhD studies.
