LLM at Leiden University

Does anyone know at what times the students in Leiden actually have to be present on site? Are there semester breaks? Can the Master's thesis be written from home?

Hi Christina,

I have also applied to Leiden. If you follow this link: https://studiegids.universiteitleiden.nl/en/studies/9608/law-public-international-law#tab-1 there's some information about how many hours each of our modules will occupy during the week, but it does not specify for which dates exactly or for how long. I think this is to be finalised closer to the beginning of the next academic year.

As regards to the thesis, I wouldn't suppose that it can be written at home since this is not an online program, but you are rather enrol as a full-time on campus student. You can e-mail the university though at llmpil@law.leidenuniv.nl (that's the program-specific e-mail address).

Hope this helps,
