It's going to depend on which schools you apply to, obviously.
Would you be enrolling as an international student? If that's the case, it can be tricky in the US. The Houston program won't consider international students for any financial aid barring private loans - which you would need a cosigner for. Same thing at the Texas/Austin program.
Generally, you can also seek funding through your home country - such as Fulbright scholarships or funding through the government.
