I'm an Irish Lawyer interested in pursing practice in North Carolina. I was wondering if anyone might educated me on my prospects as regards:
1. Do I have to get a JD or LLM to practice?
2. Am I qualified to sit the NC Bar Exams?
3. Or can I get a licence to practice without having to take the bar exams.
Any help in relation to the North Carolina Bar would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
