Columbia without working experience

Minion

Hi everyone,

I’m hesitating to apply for the LLM-program at Columbia. I know they really attach importance to work experience. I do not have any work experience besides (summer) internships and I was wondering if someone knows anyone wo was admitted without working experience.

Another weak point is also that my TOEFL score is 103 and they require at least 105. Would this affect my candidacy substantially?

Kind regards!

Maybe if you have other kinds of experience. For example, if you did clinical work during school, or any volunteering in between terms, etc.
