i am getting married on the 24th of may and would like to go with my husband to states on H4 visa,
when should i apply, when is the earliest possible date i can go for the interview.
and do i have to submit the marriage certificate and my husbands document with my application in order to get the appoitment. pls help me as soon as possible.

Are you applying for job or are you moving for H4 Visa. You need to provide marriage certificate for the same, as its a must.
