I have been trying to make the payment of housing fee of Euros 350 since last ten days to the Housing Office, through various credit cards and bank transfer, but every time, the transaction is being cancelled/reversed (I have sufficient limit in my credit cards and have international transaction activated). Is there anyone else facing the same problem?
