Well,
The CEU - Centro de Estudos Universitarios - is a small leading institute in the city of Sao Paulo. They have good relations with some law firms, a good program, great lecturers. But you wont find there a university environment. Mainly, mid-carrer lawyes specializing themselves in a area of law.
I would research GV Law, PUC/SP, Mackenzie or USP (public univerity but good name). Apart from that, the IBMEC has great LL.Ms in Capital Markets and Taxation. I just do not know if you may need portuguese for that.
Cheers
