Hi, I have been accepted to the LLM in European and International law at the Europa-Institut in Saarbücken, Germany, and am planning to go.
Anyone else planning to study at this program, or have been enrolled as a student in Saarbücken?
How is the private housing marked? Is it preferred over student accommodation?

Hi! I have just applied to the same LL.M! I have been studying in Germany before and can tell you that single rooms in student dormitories in Bavaria usually cost between 200-300E a month (depending on the quality of the place). I have no clue about the situation in Saarland though.
How long did it take for your application to get reviewed, if you don't mind me asking?
All the best!
Petar

Hi Petar!
Thank you, that sounds good.
They got back to me within a few days, so you can expect to get an answer pretty soon. Let me know about the outcome!

Hi guys!
I applied to the programme about one month ago by online application. Do we need to send our documents by post again?
I also e-mailed them about long visa process in Turkey and ask them whether they can send me a document which I can apply to visa.
And the last one, my GPA is 2.44 but I graduated a well known university and also our passing grade is 70 out of 100. Is it too low for admission?

Hi! I applied by online application too and didn't have to send my documents for the application by post, but I do need to send my final transcript of records when I get them from my current uni. I don't know if the same applies to you.
Honestly, I don't know about the GPA as I think they do a broader consideration based on not only your grades, but also your experience and motivation.

Hello Julia, I submitted my application online too and they replied that my chances are very good and asked me to send the final transcript too once they are available, for me it won't be available before july, my situation is nearly the same as you, i am still at the last year of law school, but when i asked for a conditional acceptance they asked me to send my documents by post, so i think you need to send the whole application again by post.

Bro, convert your GPA to the german grading system, you can search on google for a calculator for the latter, and if your grade is around 2.5 according to the german grading system, your chances are very good. But also you must know that the GPA is not everything foe them. Good luck!
