Leiden or Berlin?

Hi, I am planning on doing an LLM in 2017 (or maybe 2018, lol) I find two programs interesting, one at FU Berlin and on at University Leiden. Asides the universities themselves, what do you think of Leiden and Berlin or Netherlands and Germany? Anything I need to know if I decide in favour of one or the other?

Hey there, I am currently looking - among other programmes - at Berlin, a guy from the programme answered a few questions the other day, maybe he could also comment on the city? It seems to be pretty cheap for a European capital!

Thank you! where was this where he answered the questions? I have done some research myself now and Berlin has a lot to offer, I think. Leiden seems to be more of a smaller city, maybe The Hague is more interesting but it you'd have to travel there -.-
