Hello everybody: I hope someone can help me with a quick question. I'm interested in pursuing a LLM in Europe (probably the Netherlands). I have dual nationality (I am both Mexican and Spanish), but I have never resided in the EEA, does somebody know if the EEA tuition fees would be applicable to my case?
Thank you

Does Spanish nationality make you a Spanish Citizen?

I think they should clarify the picture, especially the last one.

pveralaw,
You are eligible to apply the EEA tuition fee structure in your case. Your Spanish nationality qualifies you for the EEA fees.
This is a conflict of laws issue that should be resolved in your favour. As a law professor who teaches conflict of laws, I am familiar with your case which is typical for all persons possessing dual nationality.
¡Buena suerte, compañero!
