CoE 2012/2013

I don't know if it helps either, but I France :
- they said during the interview that we would have the answer by the end of the same week,
- they didn't give any news until one month later.

So I guess the troubles with the ENP selection committee is just normal :)

I know how stressful it is but just be patient, the results will eventually come up

May i ask when u knew that you are accepted ?

I had the interview on May 10th and got the acceptance letter form the Italian selection committe on June 20th.
I received the acceptance letter from Bruges just yesterday..
I think it's just a matter of time and (dis)organization..

I was on the phone with Admissions today. I had an interview last month for the Geremek scholarship.

I have not been accepted. I came 11th and there were only 10 places so I am first on the reserve list, should somebody not want to do it I'll get a place. You never know I guess!

Congrats on getting in to those that made it and enjoy!

Hello everyone!

I am a Spaniard applying for the LLM. I haven't sent my application yet, but hopefully I'll do it before the exams start! I was wondering if there are any Spanish people in this thread applying for CoE as well. I am a bit worried about my application, as my grades are not spectacular and I only hold a B2 in French (apparently French is important when it comes to study EU law...!). Anyway, I'd really appreciate it if you could more or less talk a bit about yourself so I know what to expect from my application?

As for me, I am a law student from Madrid (8.5). I am bilingual in English and speak no other languages.

Thank you all and good luck with your apps!

Hi Rous,

I am in the college at the moment and I hold no certification in french whatsoever, I am even in the law department where the language requirement is the strictest. I am not spanish so I cannot speak for the spanish committee but I can assure you there are many people here who could use some help with french (myself included). With regards to your grades, I know many people have glittering academics but there are also others who have impressive work experience or extra curricular activities, you don't have anything to loose by applying,

Good luck

Hi! I'm Spanish too, but I have written in the group for 2013-2014 :) I think your grades are quite impressive, although I'm studying Law and Business and maybe that's why!

So do you know when we should receive the answer on the preselection?
