then i guess ur best bet would be netherlands ( they have a standard fee of about 1700 euros) public universities in spain also come cheap...romanian and easter european countries are also an option :)

yes there are several taught in english. what are you interested in? i reccomend Univ maastrich, univ groningen and amsterdam uni, been there a year, loved the education there

yes, there are some PRIVATE universities that have bigger fees but public ones have a standard fee. but the nordic countries i mentioned earlier,(norway, sweden...) have a QUOTA SCHEME, a scolarship for students who apply from specific countries. where are you from exactly?

i dont think you'll find one since you're not a EU national...mostly they're free or cheap but for EU nationals and outsiders come with scolarship so they can afford the fees... good luck finding one that suits you ;)
