Hello guys,
I am interested in an LLM which covers topics like Dispute Resolution, International private and public law.
What do you think of the program in Leiden, the Advanced LLM in Dispute Settlement?
I am a bit uncertain. The courses sound good and it is interesting that they really lay the focus on disputes in an international context, be it with regard to commercial conflicts or public international law disputes.
However, many courses are taught by the same professor, Prof. Eric De Brabandere.
I have no doubt that he is an outstanding academic. But I would expect more practitioners in such a costly (compared to other European programs) LLM.
What do you think? Do you know other programs in the area dispute resolution/arbitration and public and private international law which are taught by more practitioners?
I would greatly appreciate any help!
