Rutgers Graduate School of Public Affairs and Administration (Rutgers SPAA) in conjunction with Lawyers In Defense of Animals, Inc. (LIDA) has launched a Certificate program in Animals, Community and the Law. The only one of its kind in a school of public affairs, this Certification consists of 3 online courses and a practicum. Courses are available for 3 graduate academic credits each or for non credit.
