Hello everyone!

I just recieved an email telling me I've been admitted to the Legal Theory concentration, short thesis. Good luck to those waiting!

Congratulations. Could you please tell what was the deadline for you to accept the offer?

I am waiting also, would they have not sent out rejections by now if not accepted?

I am kind of irritated at this point. They sent out an automated reply when I emailed them asking if they're still on track with the decisions i.e. within the last two of weeks of April. It said they fully intend to stick to that schedule. And yet here we are.

Congratulations!!I have been offered admission to Course-work based LL.M (no concentration) at UofT yesterday. I also have offers from UBC (Tax Law) and Uof Montreal (Business Law in a Global Context). I am turning down the offer from Montreal. However, I am now confused between UBC and UofT. Any suggestions and comments regarding this are appreciated. :)

Anyone here admitted to the GPLLM? Canadian law in a global context concentration? My application is still "under review" and it's way past the 4-week mark?

Hello Everyone!
I was denied admission by the Committee. It was a standard reply quoted herein below:
“I  regret  to  inform  you  that  we  are  unable  to  offer  you  admission.  Your  application  was  given  careful consideration.  Graduate  departments  receive  many  applications  and  can  only  offer  admission  to  a  limited number  of  the  most  highly  qualified  applicants.  Admission  decisions  are  final  and  not  subject  to  appeal. We appreciate  your  interest  in  graduate  studies  at  the  University  of  Toronto  and  wish  you  every  success  in your  future  endeavors.”

All the best to those who are awaiting decision 1f642

Hey, thank you! I had applied to the LLM program, preferably without a concentration but still had mentioned a business concentration in my application. Ended up getting offered the coursework based LLM with no concentration, which is okay because in my statement of coursework plan of study, I included courses which were not necessarily business law oriented.
And I am sorry to hear about your decision. I hope better things are in store for you!

I applied last week of May, no word yet :( I know the competition is high. Also does anyone know if it will be done online? instead of classroom

I want to do an LLM online outside of Canada, any suggestions? Canadian universitites are quite competitive
