Hi,
I read on U Sydney's Juris Doctor webpage that their requirement for international applicants was as follows:
"If you are an international applicant, you will need the equivalent of a minimum gpa of 3 on the 4 point scale. You may improve your chances of entry by providing an LSAT result with your academic grades. If you present an LSAT result and have a minimum gpa of 2.8 on the 4 point scale with an LSAT of 150 or higher, you will get an offer."
So it's 2.8 and 150 LSAT. Does that mean if the applicant gets that then they are guaranteed a place? since the text says "you will get an offer" instead of "you could", etc get an offer.
Would be great if someone falling into this category or knows of someone falling into this GPA + LSAT could share in regard to their experience.

you can look up my other posts
if you are from the US I'd advice looking elsewhere or not doing the JD
If you really really really want to go maybe check out Western Aus and their new program
For NSW- UNSW ahead of USYD.

also, it really doesn't mean anything getting into those schools if you are an international students.
I had a good LSAT score, a 3.3 gpa from a top university and I made the mistake of coming to OZ. I knew other people who didn't have the school/marks as I did and were further back.
Mainly they want the Intl fees they can charge.
