i have some questions about being granted for the scholarships from NUS. Is there any criteria/qualifications like grades, english proficiency, work experience, etc.

does an applicant have to write the scholarships application attached with the application form?
if my ll.b. grade overall was 3.56 from chulalongkorn university, thailand. Now, i am studying ll.m. at chulalongkorn university and working at public sector. Are these qualifications good enough for being granted the scholarships? i'm really interested in international and comparative law at NUS.

i'm looking forward to seeing your reply and thank you in advance.
