Hi,
The most important were academic opinions. However, you can attached recomendation from your employer. I would suggest you to do the english test as soon as possible. I remember I was pretty stressed about (unless you are from the country that is exemoted from doing english test - check the post for previous year application). Check what kind of documents you will need for application, there are some of document you may prepare before the application period will start. For example you can prepare right now:
Certified copy of identification
Official Bachelors/Masters Degree Transcript (with English translation, if applicable)
Certified copy of Bachelors/Masters Degree Certificate (with English translation, if applicable)
