Every school or university has some scholarships for their students based on a variety of considerations. The best bet is to check the website of the school and/or law faculty concerned and find out which of their scholarships you qualify for. However, you might want to know that full or substantial funding is mostly reserved for thesis-based or research LL.M students as against Course-based students at least in Canadian and Australian universities..
