The New York City-based Fordham Law School has announced the launch of a new LL.M. in Real Estate Law.
The new program will explore topics in real estate finance, residential and commercial leasing, land use, and affordable housing, among others. A few classes on offer will include "Real Estate Finance," "Environmental Law," and "Real Estate Drafting," for example.
The school says that its New York City location will enable students to network, given the close access to real estate developers and law firms.
Fordham's new LL.M. in Real Estate Law can be completed in as few as two semesters, and can also be pursued on a part-time basis.
