University of Miami to Offer One-Week International Arbitration Course

Intensive course offered during January 21-25

The University of Miami School of Law will be offering a one-week "Fundamentals of International Arbitration" course for lawyers and law students during January 21-25.

A one-week, 17-hour intensive course is for lawyers and law students "generally interested in international business transactions and want an overview of the most frequent methods for resolving contractual disputes."

The program will be taught by Jan Paulsson, Keith S. Rosenn, Claudio Finkelstein, and Francisco González.

The application deadline for the program is November 29.
