USAID and BSU to launch two-year program in 2013

USAID and Baku State University (BSU) in Azerbaijan will launch a new Maritime and Energy Law LL.M. program for the 2013-14 academic year.

A memorandum of understanding was signed today between USAID and BSU announcing the joint development of the two-year program. The program's development will also be aided by the American Bar Association, and BSU will seek a partnership with Tulane University, which offers a similar LL.M. program.
