Ibmec in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has announced a new, part-time Corporate and Capital Market Law (Direito Societário e Mercado de Capitais) LL.M. program that will launch in March 2011. The program will be taught (in Portuguese) on evenings over an 18-month period.
Ibmec also offers a Corporate Law (Direito Corporativo) LL.M. program.
