The Brussels School of Competition has been set up in Brussels, Belgium, and will offer an LL.M. in Competition and Economics beginning this October. The schools has been established by the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB) and Nicholas Petit of the University of Liège.
The 9-month program will be delivered in 12, 15-hour "learning blocks," each covering a variety of subjects related to European Competition Law and Economics issue, including joint ventures and horizontal cooperation agreements, vertical agreements and distribution networks, cartels, and mergers and acquisitions.
Teaching occurs of Friday afternoons. All courses will be taught in English.
