Racial Differences in Use of Force- And What to Do About It:
Professor Roland Fryer will discuss his path-breaking work on racial differences in police use-of-force, what works and what doesn't in terms of reducing use of force incidence. This includes, but is not limited to, his analysis of federal investigations and ongoing work into officer wellness. Using frontier analytical tools coupled with newly built proprietary datasets, Professor Fryer will shed much needed light on race and policing.
