I have some problems with contacting the universities. If you can help, please, what is the best way to contact with the universities worldwide.

U can usually mail them at their Graduate Studies Mail ID ......other option is univ do provide their contact no and person incharge ....u can call them .......I do have a good experience when i callled various univ in US .........u can go with either of the option ;both do work good.
