Hey guys,
I'm considering an LLM at Stanford, but the 2 years legal experience baffles me a little. Only have ~1 year of paralegal work at a small CA law firm, doubt it's enough.
My question is this: do you guys have US' JD or foreign degrees? And if foreign, how did you manage to land your jobs here in the States?

I think Stanford only takes people with foreign degrees, but you might wanna check.
With respect to work, any connection your firm at your home country can provide will help tons. Otherwise, it's up to luck and how much you put into networking.

Hi Guys, just curious, how many students are admitted into Stanford LLM CGP each year? Thanks!
Posted Nov 23, 2017 10:34
Roughly 15, give or take.
The same goes for the other LLM degresd at Stanford.

Same here! (i.e. I've applied for the LST program). 5+ years of antitrust litigation in a developing country.
Where are you from? It seems there are already candidates from Italy, India who have received the call.

Hey guys! Do you think that they are they still issuing LST admissions or should I assume that I have been rejected as I got no decision so far? Thank you.
Posted Mar 20, 2018 16:46
Hello !! first time in this foro.......regarding the LST, do you think that ALL the decision have been issued? How many were accepted so far?

Has anyone who has received an offer from Stanford (IELBP) received information regarding tuition, housing, accepting offer, etc?
Posted Mar 21, 2018 02:51
Hi...just curious because I've heard mixed comments on this. Can you defer acceptance to Stanford if you're admitted through waitlist? Thanks!
