If a student whose qualities are average(but normally acceptable) for an ivy league law school were to ask for a scholarship from the applied school, would it hinder his/her chances of being accepted? :

Well, according to the applications, they're blind to everything but ur qualities so need isn't really an issue with respect to admission. I go the 'always sincere' way. I tell them exactly how poor I am so noone gets surprised later on...like puttin all ur cards down so they'll know what they're goin to get if they admit me...
