US-trained attorney here.  Applied to the tax LL.M. program. Application marked complete on 10/27. My status checker updated that a decision had been rendered late Friday (12/8) afternoon like others in this thread.  Received an email notification that I had been admitted a few hours later.

I think financial aid decisions are made after regular decisions come out, but I might be wrong. You have a few months to accept the offer, I think after the financial decisions are out.

I believe that's a good sign! My status changed twice the week I got the decision. My decision email came on December 8th and my status had changed on December 5th and 6th.

Did anyone notice a change in the application status portal today? An application complete, area of interest, location etc seems to have come up for me. Does this mean the decision could come today?

I’ve seen some changes too - although different ones to yours (application type, CAS report status etc).  I think we will have a decision today or tomorrow. 

I´m curious if the decision will be made today. In the year 2021 it was the 15th of December as we can see here in the discussion. However, next week is the last week before the Christmas holidays, so if not today, then next week. The Admissions Committee makes it thrilling.

I have received an offer. Wishing good luck to all other candidates!

I’m really frustrated. I submitted my app in early October, but my status is stuck on “app completed” 12/11.

I don’t know what the problem is. Really anxious, and just sad… I thought GT was the best fit for my interests, and my grades and background are not bad. Losing confidence in my ability to get accepted by other schools…

I applied on the 27th of December. I have been checking the portal through the link sent in the email acknowledging the application but the portal does not seem to indicate that GT has received all my documents. There are boxes against all required materials such as law transcripts, proficiency score, references etc. but only the box against the proficiency score is ticked, rest are all empty, which probably means that they have not received those documents. This is surprising, considering that LSAC has sent everything to them. Anyone else facing this issue? Has the portal not been updated? What do you all reckon?
