I'm about to look into the career options for becoming a patent/trade mark attorney and thought this would be the best place.

I've been advised not to do an LLM in IP as this is not the best route to take to go into IP as an attorney, something which has been backed up by several people in industry.

I've been advised the QM is the best place for undertaking the programme in London (by loads of practitioners etc) so wanted to know, is this the best route and would a QM LLM in IP be a waste of time and money if I want to become an attorney?

Thanks

U
