Hello all!



I am an applicant to the LLM programmes at Bristol and Edinburgh and would very much like to connect with those who are also applying/have received offers from these Universities.



So, just to get this thread started: I come from a small country in South East Asia, work in the public sector and am applying to several programmes with strong Public International Law courses. I have yet to be accepted to any programmes, but have been moved to PAO stage on Cambridge *finger crossed*



Just want to ask whoever has applied to Bristol or Edinburgh: How long does it take for them to make a decision on your application? For Bristol it is said that they aim to make decisions within 21 days - but my application has been submitted for 15 days and it is still showing up on the portal at the stage "Submitted". Is this normal or is there a glitch or something outstanding in my application that needs to be added? Could not find an answer on this forum or any other so I guess I should just start a thread.

I applied to the University of Edinburgh, too. I think I have submitted my application at the beginning of February and my status hasn't changed since then.

Hey there!

I had submitted my Edinburgh application on March 3 but the application was put on hold. Only when my referee submitted my recommendation on the portal on the 11th, did the status change to "Being processed".

I applied to the University of Edinburgh as well (LLM Medical Law and Ethics). I guess the places will be awarded on 9 April...
