UK vs Netherlands for Public International Law

Which of the two jurisdictions are best equipped to teach Public International Law in a track like Peace and Conflict/International Security and Development?

Which Law Schools in the UK and the Netherlands would you recommend for a CGPA of 7.7/10?

P.S. My list of prospective law schools so far (subject to change):
LSE
Edinburgh
QMUL
SOAS

Leiden
Utrecht

Are there any better schools apart from these? Not particularly looking at US Universities owing to massive costs.

The better programme in that rather specific area of public int law would arguably be the Erasmus Mundus Master in International Law of Global Security, Peace and Development. Its a longer course though, although with more funding opportunities.
